Volksignia Signs & Graphics offer a HIGH QUALITY mail order service, all our products are dispatched with care & all our packaging (where possible) is manufactured by us, using recycled materials.
All postage prices are currently charged on the amount you spend & not on weight, which is difficult to calculate, once your order is packed, weighed and dispatched we will refund any additional amount, less admin fees back to your card or paypal account (see chart below for current costs), postage is added to your cart as you shop, so you can see exactly what you are spending.
Our Postage Refund Promise.
Volksignia promise to refund any postage overcharge once we have packaged, weighed and dispatched your order. Please note: postage prices listed below, included packaging & admin fees (approx. £2.00 - £3.50 covers most packing & admin). Refunds are credited back to your card or paypal account on the day of dispatch.
All items are dispatched within 5 - 7 working days of your cleared payment, this is our MAXIMUM turn around time and we always aim to beat this. All orders are dispatched invoiced and will include instructions or care leaflets (where applicable).

Parcels up to the weight of 4kg are usually dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery, bulkier items are usually dispatched by Royal Mail Parcelforce 48. For high value goods we usually dispatch by Royal Mail Special delivery. First class recorded, Special delivery & Parcelforce items will require a signature on delivery - if you are unavailable to take delivery, you will be carded by the delivery driver & will need to collect your item from your local Royal Mail collection depot. If you do not collect your item when carded, it will be returned to us after 7 days. (you may be charged for redelivery if you fail to collect your item) Volksignia reserve the right to dispatch items using the service we feel is most appropriate for the item being sent. We will email you to confirm dispatch as soon as your order has been shipped. |
