New postage pricing.
We have now updated our postal charges and reduced costings for larger orders. All postage prices are currently charged on the amount you spend (see chart below for current costs), postage is added to your cart as you shop, so you can see exactly what you are spending.
Volksignia Postage Refund Promise.
Volksignia promise to refund any postage overcharge once we have packaged, weighed and dispatched your order. Please note postage prices listed below, included packaging & admin fees (approx. £2.00 - £3.00 covers most packing & admin). All refunds and credited back to your card or paypal account on the day of dispatch.
All items are dispatched within 5 - 7 working days of your cleared payment, this is our MAXIMUM turn around time and we always aim to beat this.

Small packets are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery (to the value of £36.00), more expensive items are dispatched either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Royal Mail Parcelforce 48. Bulky or heavy items are dispatched by Parcelforce 48. Volksignia reserve the right to dispatch items using the service we feel is most appropriate for the item being sent. We will email you to confirm dispatch on the day of dispatch. First class recorded, Special delivery & parcelforce items will require a signature on delivery - if you are unavailable to take delivery, you will be carded by the delivery driver & will need to collect your item from your local Royal Mail collection depot. |
